Itinerary
Your journey begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by our representative then you will you’ll begin the scenic drive toward Karatu, a small town nestled in the green highlands near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at your accommodation for the night: Hhando Coffee Lodge. This lodge offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, set amid lush gardens with views of the surrounding hills. After check-in, you can unwind with a hearty dinner and perhaps a hot shower, preparing for an early start the following morning. Tonight is all about rest and recharging before your full-day safari in Ngorongoro.
Dinner and Overnight: Hhando Coffee Lodge
On Day 2, begin your adventure with an early breakfast before departing for Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the "Garden of Eden" due to its rich biodiversity. Descend into the crater floor, where you will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of wildlife in a stunningly unique environment.
As you explore the crater, be on the lookout for the critically endangered black rhino, as well as lions, elephants, and hippos. The lush grasslands, swamps, and lakes create an incredible habitat for an array of wildlife.
After a thrilling day, drive to, we begin our journey to one of the most iconic wildlife destinations on the planet the Serengeti National Park. A scenic drive will take you across the sweeping plains and into the heart of the park, known for its breathtaking landscapes and unmatched concentration of wildlife.
En route, you may catch your first glimpses of zebras, giraffes, and elephants before entering the park gates. Once inside, your game drive begins – keep your eyes open for lions lounging in the grass, cheetahs scanning the horizon, and massive herds of wildebeest and buffalo grazing across the savanna.
In the late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Moyo Camp, a camp offering an authentic safari experience. Relax around the campfire with a sundowner drink as the stars begin to twinkle above the endless Serengeti sky.
Dinner and overnight at Moyo Camp
After breakfast, embark on another game drive, exploring the diverse landscapes of the Serengeti. The central region of the park is known for its wide-open grasslands, where large herds of herbivores graze and predators lurk in the tall grass. This is an excellent opportunity to witness the raw interactions of wildlife.
You will notice the park’s varying landscapes, from rolling plains to acacia woodlands, and every turn can bring a new surprise. After an exciting day filled with wildlife encounters, settle into Moyo Camp, where you will enjoy another comfortable night surrounded by nature.
Dinner and overnight at Moyo Camp
On your final day, enjoy breakfast at the lodge and take a few moments to reflect on your safari adventure. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have the opportunity for a last-minute exploration then you will be transferred to Seronera Airstrip to take your flight to JRO for your departure. As you bid farewell to
